Our customers feel assured that, should an issue arise, One Call Property Services will be there to handle it. Painters You Can Trust
- Our painters will arrive on-time.
- Our painters will arrive fully equipped for the task at hand.
- Our crews are fully insured, including property damage and liability coverage.
- Our Renovators are certified for lead based paint renovation by the EPA
- Every painter on our staff has been background checked and drug tested for your safety.
We Keep It Neat
- While painting your property we will keep a neat and orderly workspace.
- At the completion of your project we will clean the workspace to your satisfaction.
We Stand Behind Our Work
- After your painting project is completed, we will return 1 time within 3 weeks for any punch list items you may have.
- We guarantee the application of all paints, stains, and materials for 90 days to be free from defect caused by labor.
- We stand behind the manufacturers warranty, up to 10 years, for any claims made due to defect in product and we facilitate the claim on the customers behalf. Depending on the product and manufacturer, we also facilitate the reimbursement for expenses that may arise due to said defect.
